Tim Roberts is a trial lawyer who specializes in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury law (representing plaintiffs and defendants), employment law, probate litigation and creditor representation.
Mr. Roberts is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, who earned his J.D. Degree from Walter F. Georgia School of Law at Mercer University in May 1994.

During law school, Mr. Roberts worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia. Prior to law school, Mr. Roberts obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at the University of Georgia in 1988, and was employed by the United States State Department in Washington D.C. and Bank of America in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Mr. Roberts began employment with Oliver Maner LLP in 1994. In 2000, Mr. Roberts became a partner of the firm. In 2005, he was recognized as one of the top “40 Business Leaders Under 40" in the Savannah Business Report and Journal. In 2006, Mr. Roberts was named a “Rising Star” as one of the best lawyers under 40 in Georgia.
Mr. Roberts is licensed to practice in Georgia State and Federal Courts including the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Roberts is also a member of the Savannah Bar Association, American Bar Association, National Association of Railroad Trial Lawyers, and American Association of Justice.
